In my life there is no stop, just the exciting ride on the fast track of growth. How did you spend the holidays? The holidays felt like a tropical dream for me – sun, sand and the exotic flair of Sri Lanka. It is my tradition to use the end of the year for a well-deserved break of 2 to 3 weeks, far from mobile phone and professional obligations.
During this time I give myself the permission to turn off completely. No cell phone ringing, no working emails – just me and the wonders of the world. This time-out is often a lesson for the soul for me. Because true knowledge often comes when one gives oneself space to breathe through. Sri Lanka not only refreshed my complexion, but also changed my view of many things in which I was stuck.
