For the one-time purchase of a print or online edition of LIFE Magazin Germany. No subscription will be completed.
1. Seller and contact
Contract partner is CLS Printmedia, owner Besnik Shemsiu, Brunnenstr. 66, 34537 Bad Wildungen, Germany. Telephone: 05621 7819038, e-mail: b.shemsiu@cls-printmedia.de.
2. Offer and order process
You can choose a single issue: the printed print edition or a personal access to the complete online edition. The issue number specified in the order overview is decisive. There are no automatic renewals and no recurring payments.
The product presentation is an invitation to the order. Before sending, you can check and correct the output, e-mail address and, if necessary, delivery address. With the button "Order with a payment obligation", you place a binding order and are forwarded to PayPal for payment. The purchase contract comes into effect if the complete payment for this order is successfully confirmed. In case of a payment cancellation or a failed payment no fee access is unlocked and no goods are shipped.
You will receive a confirmation of the contract by e-mail with order number, issue, total price, delivery or access information and the conditions applicable to your order. The contractual language is German. We store the order data for processing and within the scope of statutory storage obligations; a customer account is not required. You can save or print these conditions in the browser.
3. Prices and shipping costs

All prices include the statutory VAT. Print delivery takes place within Germany. No shipping costs apply for digital delivery. The total amount indicated before sending is decisive.
4. Payment with PayPal
Payment is made with PayPal. Payment is made via the Internet agency Schmirler Consulting. This account name can appear in PayPal. Schmirler Consulting accepts payment for CLS Printmedia; Seller and contact person for delivery, defects, revocation and refunds remains CLS Printmedia. There will be no additional payment fees for you.
The amount is due and collected upon successful completion of the PayPal payment process. This also applies to the print edition expressly marked as pre-ordering. Information on the financing or means of payment available from PayPal makes PayPal. Payment will only be treated as successful after server verification.
5. Print edition and pre-order
The delivery time is three working days from the order. An order before the print edition No. 88 appears is a pre-order: The shipping takes place at the earliest on 17 November 2026In this case, the three-day delivery period only starts on 17 November 2026. Before this date no shipping takes place. The pre-order status and the earliest shipping date are displayed before sending the order.
Please provide a complete and correct delivery address. In case of delivery problems, please contact b.shemsiu@cls-printmedia.de by stating your order number. The legal rights for non-delivery or late delivery remain.
6. Online edition and personal reading link
The online edition can only be ordered when the complete edition is available for delivery. After confirmed payment, you will receive a confirmation of contract with your personal reading link at the specified e-mail address. Access will be released after this confirmation has been sent. If technical delays or no e-mail have occurred, please contact us by specifying the order number.
You will need an Internet connection, a current browser with PDF display and access to the specified email mailbox. The reading link does not require a customer account. It is intended for your personal use and may not be published or passed on to third parties. Access is not designed as a temporary subscription. Unchanged availability of certain browser functions or technical copy protection are not guaranteed. Legal rights to digital products remain unaffected.
7. Revocation for individual print booklets
There is no legal right of withdrawal for the delivery of individual newspapers, magazines or magazines in accordance with § 312g paragraph 2 point 7 BGB. This concerns the single print edition offered here; a subscription is not offered. Legal rights in case of defects or non-delivery remain unaffected.
8. Cancellation policy for the online edition
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without stating any reasons. The revocation period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (CLS Printmedia, Besnik Shemsiu, Brunnenstr. 66, 34537 Bad Wildungen, Telefon 05621 7819038, E-Mail b.shemsiu@cls-printmedia.de) of your decision by means of a clear statement, e.g. by letter or e-mail. You can use the following sample revocation form; this is not required. To maintain the deadline, it is sufficient to send the declaration in time.
You can also use the function Cancel your contract After sending, you will receive a confirmation of receipt with the content, date and time of your declaration by e-mail. Other permissible ways of revocation remain possible.
Consequences of revocation
If you effectively revoke this contract, we will refund all payments from this contract without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the date on which your revocation takes place. We use the same means of payment as for your payment, unless otherwise expressly agreed. We do not charge any fees for the refund.
Immediate provision and cancellation of the right of withdrawal
For immediate digital access, prior to payment, we ask you for a separate, non-preselected consent to the start of the provision before the expiry of the withdrawal period and for your confirmation that you will lose your right of withdrawal at the beginning of the contract performance. Your right of withdrawal will not expire until the legal requirements are met: express consent, confirmation of your knowledge, provision of the corresponding contract confirmation on a permanent medium and start of the contract performance. Your declaration will be reproduced in your confirmation email.

9. Legal rights and use
The statutory rights of defects apply to print and online editions. For digital products, the statutory provisions on provision, conformity with contract and necessary updates apply in particular. Refunds or services owed by law are not excluded solely because of an already opened reading link. Copyright and other property rights on the content remain with the respective rightholders.
10. Data protection and final provisions
The processing of order, payment and access data explain our Data protection informationGerman law applies while respecting mandatory consumer protection regulations of the state of your habitual residence. No different jurisdiction is agreed for consumers.
